General Mediation

Neighbours don't always get along, consumers are not always satisfied, employers and employees don't always see eye to eye and tenants and landlords don't always agree. These situations and more can often be resolved at Mediation, avoiding the need for litigation or tribunals.
Our General Mediation service brings together parties in dispute to understand each others' concerns, explore possible options and solutions to present to each other and discuss before finally reaching an agreement to resolve the dispute.
