Facilitated Change Overs

Facilitated Changeovers are ideal for separated parents who are in high conflict with each other, prefer not to cross paths, or for legal reasons, cannot come into contact with each other.  Facilitated Changeovers are also great for parents who are on their way to managing unsupervised contact visits for themselves.

We stagger arrival and departure times so parents/carers don't come into contact with each other. We can meet parents/carers at different nearby locations before and after the contact visit takes place if required, or provide door to door transport to ensure safety for everyone.

By eliminating the need for parents/carers to come into contact with each other, children are able to have a positive experience as they smoothly move from the care of one parent/carer to the other.

Facilitated Changeovers are provided prior to and following all of our Supervised Contact Visits.

Detailed Reporting

All change overs come with a detailed report for parents. This is helpful in Court matters especially, and also provides each parent with important feedback and reassurance.

Private, Safe & Neutral

Our services are private, safe and neutral. We won't make you stand out in public, will protect your privacy and will never take sides.

Choice of Location

We provide our services within the Community at public places such as parks, play centres, libraries and shopping centres etc., as well as within Parent/Family Homes if safe to do so.

Safe & Secure

Staggered arrival times and different locations provide safety and security when parents cannot, or prefer not to, come into contact with each other.

Positive Experience for Children

By eliminating the need for parents/carers to come into contact with each other, children can enjoy a positive, conflict free experience.

Progressive Transition

Facilitated change overs are perfect for families on their way to managing contact arrangements themselves.
