Detailed Reporting

We provide a detailed report for every contact visit and change over that takes place and provide copies to both parents as well as their Solictors/Lawyers and Independent Children's Lawyers (if appointed).

Our services are private, safe and neutral. We won't make you stand out in public, will protect your privacy and will never take sides.

Friendly & Non-Judgemental

We will not judge or criticise you. Our staff are neutral and unbiased and not here to place blame on anyone. We know there are always two sides to every story and realise there is no such thing as a perfect parent.

Qualified and Experienced Staff

Our staff are appropriately qualified to work with families and children, are highly experienced, Police Checked, have valid Working with Children Checks and hold current First Aid Certificates.

Choice of Location

We provide our Supervised Contact Visit Services within the Community at public places such as parks, libraries & play centres etc., as well as within the homes of children, parents and/or family members, if agreed to & safe to do so of course.
