Children's Supervised Contact
Our Children’s Contact Service is
PRIVATELY owned and operated, providing Community & Home based Supervised Contact Visits throughout Sydney.
We prioritise children's safety while helping them maintain or rebuild their connection with their mum and/or dad when they no longer live with them. In some cases, safety concerns may be present, there may have been little to no contact for an extended period of time or a Court outcome is pending. Whatever the circumstances, we provide our services with professionalism, care, and without judgment.
With guidance, strategies, resources and activities, children and parents are supported to build or re-build, safe and positive relationships . It is our goal to assist separated parents move to unsupervised, self-managed contact arrangements for their child/children, whenever possible.
Extended family members such as Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins are also welcome to use our Supervised Contact Service.
Our staff are highly qualified and experienced, non-judgmental and unbiased. We will always keep your child/children's safety, well-being and best interests as our first priority.

Detailed Reporting
We provide a detailed report for every contact visit and change over that takes place and provide copies to both parents as well as their Solictors/Lawyers and Independent Children's Lawyers (if appointed).
Safe, Private & Neutral
Our services are private, safe and neutral. We won't make you stand out in public, will protect your privacy and will never take sides. The needs and wants of your child/children are paramount.
Friendly & Non-Judgemental
We will not judge or criticise you. Our staff are neutral and unbiased and not here to place blame on anyone. We know there are always two sides to every story and realise there is no such thing as a perfect parent.
Qualified and Experienced Staff
Our staff are appropriately qualified to work with families and children, are highly experienced, Police Checked, have valid Working with Children Checks and hold current First Aid Certificates.
Choice of Location
Supervised Contact Visits can take place in public places within the Community such as play centres, parks, libraries and shopping centres. Visits can also take place in parent/family homes.
